A paid commission should either produce the edition described at checkout or leave its entitlement available to use again.
You may ask to cancel a wholly unused Edition Credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Email support@longedition.com; you do not need to give a reason. If you expressly ask us to begin a commission during that period, a refund may be reduced by the proportionate value of services already supplied, and the cancellation right may end when the commissioned digital service has been fully supplied after the acknowledgement required by law.
The checkout shows the total price, including any applicable tax, edition length and what each Edition Credit buys. While your commission is still queued and no provider work has begun, you can cancel it and its reserved credits are returned.
After provider work has materially begun, self-service cancellation is unavailable. Temporary interruptions and operator recovery continue under the original reservation and cannot use another credit. Contact support if a provider problem or another exceptional circumstance needs a fair manual resolution.
A terminally failed commission does not consume its Edition Credits. They are released for another commission. Optional artwork is separate: an illustration failure cannot block otherwise complete audio or use another credit.
If an edition is unavailable, materially faulty or not as described, email support@longedition.com with the programme title and a short explanation. We may repair, replace or refund it as appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
A programme taking a supported position you dislike is not automatically faulty. Factual, attribution, privacy, rights and audio concerns will nevertheless be investigated on their merits.
